Planning Your Visit
Although both the Historical Society Museum and Centennial Cottage are open to the public with free admission, we do hope those who visit will consider making a donation in support of our efforts.
We are open five days a week at the start of the summer season, beginning the third week of June through September. Hours during this peak season are Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Museum is also open on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. from October until mid-December, and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. beginning in April until the third week in June.
The Museum is closed January, February and March with the exception of special events held in Ocean Grove (check back for current information). Special visits to the Museum can be arranged.
Centennial Cottage is open in July and August on Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
We are almost totally dependent on volunteers. Please understand if you find the Museum closed at a time you expect it to be open.
